“The ‘church’ that doesn’t go to church”

When the the UK General Public were surveyed – excluding Active Protestants (i.e. excluding those regularly attending a Protestant Church) – it was found that 37% of the adult population still identify as ‘Christian’. Of these who identify as Christian, 17% regularly attend a church (Catholic or Orthodox) but the large majority rarely if ever attend a church of any description.
